We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter an actual address as your shipping address. Also, please include a buzzer code if applicable to avoid missing deliveries.

Should you have any uncertainties, we suggest opting for delivery to your nearest shipping depot for convenient pickup. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as ‘delivered’.

We value our customers so we have put a signature policy in place. We require a signature upon receipt of your package. We also provide a tracking ID for your convenience.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

As GG hair is custom made, processing takes 3-5 business days. Some textured and 613 units might require an extra 2-3 business days to custom make. However, we will keep you updated every step of the way. We understand the excitement of receiving your new unit so don’t worry, we will try our very best to ensure you get your order sooner. We really appreciate your patience!
