At Glamorous Gem, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. That's why we proudly offer a 7-day full refund policy and a 14-day exchange or upgrade option for all wig purchases (excluding shipping costs), provided that the conditions outlined below are met. 

Terms for Item Return

• Lace must remain uncut or altered in any way.
• The hair and lace must be free from stains and glue residue.
• The purchased item must be defect-free.
• Initiate the refund process by taking a picture of the item and sending the image along with your tracking number.
• When returning the item, kindly place it back in the silk bag it was delivered in. You will be responsible for any duties and taxes related to the return. Please communicate with us to coordinate packaging details before sending the wig to the post office.
